Changes in the board of the ERIF Register of Debtors BIG SA

Last Friday General Meeting of Shareholders ERIF Register of Debtors BIG SA changed  the Management Board. As president Urszula Okarma was replaced by Edyta Szymczak.

Edyta Szymczak is associated with the ERIF Register of Debtors since the inception of the office. Since August 2009, was a member of the board of that company.

Simultaneously a supervisory board of the Register of ERIF Debtors changed. Urszula Okarma returned to it (Urszula Okarma is combining duties of the board member and duties in the management board of KRUK S.A.) However Michał Zasępa became a new member of the supervisory board of the ERIF Register of Debtors.  Michał Zasępa in the KRUK’s management board is responsible for an area of Investment and Development. Urszula Okarma and Michał Zasępa replaced in supervisory board Agnieszka Kułton and Rafał Janiak.

Edyta Szymczak - related with sector of economic information for over 12 years, with the activities of business information bureaus for 7 years, previously as Director of Operations, Management Representative and Board Member of the ERIF Register of Debtors BIG SA. Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade, Direction of Management and School of Economics in Warsaw. Until now responsible for monitoring compliance with the internal and external regulations of the Office of to the autonomous area and the hybrid in the integrated services in the KRUK Group, and supporting consumers by the Bureau.
